Wynn

Where did all the time go to? It did not seem too long ago when my cousin was equally heavily pregnant like me, in fact EDD 2 months earlier than me. And so her 2nd born was about 2 months earlier than Zelyn. Was not too long it seem we visited her in the hospital and he celebrated his 1st birthday and now it's his 2nd birthday! That's a sign that my princess' 2nd birthday is coming real soon too!

The month of April is a really busy month for me, settling in the new job. Intensive amount of information to process everyday proved to be rather overwhelming for this old pea brain of mine. It was pure physical exhaustion as well, everyday returning home feeling extreme fatigue. So much so that looking back now, realized that I did not even have too many photos in my phone!

Coming back to the topic, a celebration appear to be a good break from my hectice routine, it was very much welcomed. As it was on a weekday despite being the eve of a public holiday, it was quite a rush for me. Especially so that it falls on the last day of the month, worst as I had to ask to leave on time from the office, still never get to leave on time!

By the time we reached there, it was pitch dark and it did not helped that the lighting are poor and there is not much signage to tell the way. Anyhow we located the chalet with a bit of walking and had to rush feed the children or rather only Zethan as it's way past dinner time. Only then can we settle down a little to have our dinner. The living area of the chalet was quite tiny thus it's quite crowded since nobody wish to eat at the porch area feeding the mozzies.
Every children's favorite time next, cake cutting. It's just amazing why all the children just love to sing the birthday song and blow out the candles even though they may not fancy eating the cake! As usual all the children try to crowd around the cake and disperse once it's over, not even bothering to wait for a slice of cake! The cake is delicious, very rich in chocolate but not overly sweet with a very nice Japanese decor, rather unusual.
