Back to the nature, been sitting on it for a while. Finally decide to bring the childrens to Hay Dairy Goat farm without violent objections from the daddy. this is pretty good timing because it is going to be educational for Zethan and at the same time Zelyn is very fancinated with animals!
We reached in time to witness the milking process and Zethan was pretty fascinated himself too since the last trip we made here was ages back which he might not have much understanding and memory of. Zelyn on the other hand was excited by the goats and kept on calling out to them.
Took a quick walk around the farm to view more goats and kids as requested by Zethan and surprisingly he was not put off by the strong strench and not a word of complain from him totally. He got to see how the goats drank water from the pipe in front of the barn. When asked if it is smelly, he said No! That is how extreme my little man can be, as long as he enjoyed the activity, everything and anything is perfectly fine for him.
After the quick tour, we has a taste of chocolate goat milk. Zethan was abit skeptical about it but still somehow drank quite a fair bit of it. Zelyn enjoyed it lots! Perhaps due to the chocolate flavor and itis cold and she kept asking for more.
Next was Qian Hu fish farm followed by Koh Fa vegetable farm as requested and insisted by Zethan. We bought lots of fresh greens back for our dinner the next few days.
Shall do more of such activities if weather permits. Beneficial for the children to get some sun and perspire a little instead of the usual aircon and indoor acitivities. However as I am blogging this post, the haze outside is worsening, last night reaching a top high of 152 and 121 as of 10am this morning. Can somebody turn on the huge fan to disperse the irritating haze please otherwise the poor children are going to be cooped up indoor.
