Healthy

8weeks 2days
Feeling - fatigue, bloated

our last visit to dr woody's clinic, mummy and daddy is so happy and excited to see ur blinky strong and clear. Precious baby have grown to 1. 42cm and EDD shifted to 31 Jan 2009.....wow....simple great and assuring to know that Baby is growing healthy and well in mummy's womb.

mummy asked dr woody for pimple cream to ease off the pimples sprouting on mummy's face and back. All fruit juices are fine with the exception of Pineapple. Dr Woody asked if we need Medical Leave to rest but mummy decide against it since just started new job. For the first time Dr Woody mentioned about our EDD which should be end Jan 09. The first visit too with urine test. We have to continue with our Duphaston and was not given pre-nat vitamins and folic acids. The pre-nat vitamins would be completed before our visit 2 weeks later.

mummy have been feeling waves and waves of fatigue and nauseousness for the past 2 weeks. Appetite have not been very ideal too as although mummy has craving for food (tons of them constantly), after a bite or 2, lost interest in the food. But mummy is still trying to eat slowly and adequately even if it means eating for the sake of eating so long as not over eat to further aggrevate the bloatedness and nauseousness. Constantly feeling thirsty yet drinking plain water makes mummy feel like puking. For the sake of our precious Baby, mummy will hang on!

just the other day, mummy thought that I could felt your heartbeat by placing my hands on mummy's tum tum. The next day, mummy did a closer observation and could see a thumping movement on mummy's tummy. Excitedly, mummy called for daddy to take a look. Mummy had to hold my breathe for a moment in order to see the thumping movement and Yes, daddy saw it too. At the same time this vain mummy have been faithfully applying stretch mark cream on my tummy. Mummy's weight have been pretty stagnant too for the past week likely due to my poor appetite but it's normal and there's no cause for alarm.

For this weekend, besides shopping for grocery and out for mealtimes, largely mummy is spending lots of time on the bed. The crowds in the mall is giving mummy headache and is worrying to be among crowds since mummy's tummy is not very obvious as yet thus high tendency of being bumped into. So to heed Dr Woody's advice, mummy is very obedient by having ample rest whenever possible.

Going back to laying on the bed for a rest while waiting for daddy to return from a wedding dinner. Nitez nitez precious Baby!
