Cat

Zelyn's first word is Cat.

 

Guess the theory of repetition justify itself here as many would wonder why her first word is not papa, mama but CAT.

 

The 2 weeks before I started working, Zethan was put on school bus 2 ways. I tried my best whenever possible to bring Zelyn along sending and fetching Zethan to the school bus. So typically and it sound so oldish, we will walk around the estate spotting for cat. Talking to her repeatedly with phrases like 'hello cat, where are yoú?','"cat cat, where are you?", "the cat says meow" etc.

 

Having said that, she has a weird way of 'pronouncing' cat! I could not somehow find an appropriate way to describe it but the closest will be she is picking up the phonics of Cat and pronouncing it her way. Been trying to capture in a video in vain! 

 

Oh, by the way, any animals 4 legged movable or inanimate, even animation is Cat to her.
