Need not be purchasing too many fittings and furnishing since it is pratically move-in and most of the furnishing are built in. What a great relieve! Phews

House shopping appear to be very exiciting and interesting but not for my case. Probably it is our 2nd home thus the excitement and creativity juice ran out and shopping with a 2.5 year old toddler is not very funny after all. Imagine testing 10 beds with a toddler jumping and rolling on the 20 bed with you, not a very funny sight I tell you.

To add on to the headache of the kitchen. Besides the decision of hacking the L box and downlights to make way for top hung cabinets or established a new set of cabinets opposite the existing but would have to make do with a narrower kitchen, my greatest nightmare was to discover that citygas is not available in the new home! Another set of balancing between the use of induction stove or LPG. I am pretty sure could not survive with full induction while on the other hand, the thought of fiddling with LPG freaked me out big time.

Argh.....decisions....decisions.....
