33 weeks

33 weeks 5 days
weight ~ 68kg

mummy have been feeling very uncomfortable these days with the same old discomfort and complains as before - pain in the ribcage, chest, lots of pressure and pain in the groin and pelvic region. To add on heartburn has turned from managable to experiencing hot burning throat every night. Yes, weird as it sound mainly only at night. Wondering if mummy is too heaty or possibly heartburn.

Just the other day while mummy is preparing for bedtime, she lie down on her left side and suddenly felt a painful stretchy hard lump on her tummy which gave her a good fright. Calming down, she assumed that it's Baby's fist/elbow/knee protruding so she smiled to herself while soothing it off!

Even while walking at very slow granny's pace, the pain in the groin never failed to appear. It does make mummy panicky and wonder if it's any tell tale signs from Baby that he's greeting us soon! Meanwhile mummy just have to pacify Baby and let him know that it's too soon and time is not ripe yet.

Mummy is pleased that we have finally purchased a chest of drawers from Ikea for Baby. Although the 4 chest of drawers might not be sufficient end of the day for Baby's stuff, it should suffice at least as for now. Time to wash and organise Baby's stuff progressively!

Over the long weekend, mummy and daddy attended a friend's wedding and on sunday she pester daddy to the various ongoing warehouse sales. First stop was Meiji sales and most of the foodstuff were having short expiry date but they are really cheap. Bearing in mind that Baby will be making his appearance in Jan, daddy caution mummy not to buy too much. Next we went to Mattel sales where there are supposed to be good buys for Fisher Price toys! As we reached there rather late, it's only 30 mins before they close and so mummy and daddy decide to return another day to shop instead.

Now as the next day is a public holiday, mummy and daddy make their way to the Mattel sales once again and this time much earlier to have sufficient time to shop. They spent a total of close to 1.5 hours there and mummy make daddy spend a total of $231 which daddy is making a big fuss. These are the loots from the Mattel sales for Baby, isn't he a lucky baby to have so much toys awaiting for his arrival.

The rest of the day was spent on clearing out the corner in mummy and daddy's room to make way for Baby's cosy corner. So we set up Baby's cot and shifted the newly purchased chest of drawers next to it, all done after 4 hours of hardwork!
